Chocolate Rice Paper Recipe Steps
- Step 1 Mix an egg and date honey. Mix a medium egg in a bowl, along with a spoonful of date honey. It is not mandatory, if not - do not use it.
- Step 2 Pour into a bowl with water. In a bowl with half a liter of warm water, mix the egg well.
- Step 3 Dip the rice paper. Dip two medium sized rice paper in the bowl, at least five - ten seconds on each side, and place them on top of each other.
- Step 4 Put chocolate spread. Using a spoon, spread chocolate on the bottom of the rice paper.
- Step 5 First way to fold. Fold the rice paper from bottom to top - over the chocolate filling.
- Step 6 Continue folding. Fold the rice paper on the right and left sides over the chocolate filling.
- Step 7 Close from above. Fold the remaining piece down. So that in the end a square filled with chocolate will be formed.
- Step 8 Second way. Place 2 rice paper after dipping in a bowl, next to each other, with no gaps. as in the picture. So in total there are 6 rice paper on the table.
- Step 9 Place chocolate along the entire length. Place chocolate all along the rice paper, in the bottom part. as in the picture.

- Step 12 Make a snail. Now roll it inwards so that a snail is formed.
- Step 13 Continue like this until the rice paper is finished. Continue according to the amount you want, and choose which way you like more and repeat the steps above. Place the rice paper on baking paper on a tray, put in the oven for 15 minutes, 180 degrees, turbo mode or until browned.
- Step 14 Sprinkle powdered sugar. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or sprinkle chocolate on top.
